Challenge
Along with giving consumers an awesome online shopping experience at ZAGG.com. It was even more important that we maintain a positive post-purchase experience. Providing them with the ability to see the most recent order status, track shipments, view their whole order history, and—most importantly—creating a straightforward process for product registration and warranty replacements.
Approach
My initial thought was to sort and classify all the data in order to create a straightforward, user-friendly interface. Build an experience that was clean-looking and visibly easy to understand.
